Lisa Allen did an incredible job selling my 86-year-old Mother's home. Lisa's attention to detail, communication, and kindness were above and beyond. Lisa has a true gift with dealing with people and took care of every detail. She handled things that we didn't even think about. Lisa was helping us purchase a high value property. On 5 separate occurrences she violated both the Georgia Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions Act and National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. These violations diminished our ability to negotiate and make properly informed decisions regarding the purchase of the property we were looking to buy.

Me and my husband cannot recommend Lisa enough! She worked so hard to get us into our house. Even with multiple backup offers we were able to close on our home in a very sought after area. She is very communicative and willing to go above and beyond to get you into the home of your dreams! She accommodated tours with our work schedules, and answered our questions no matter the time of day. Even after we bought our home Lisa has stayed in contact to make sure we are loving it, she even dropped off a house warming gift!
