This is the most disrespectful Dr I have ever been to.
I spoke with Dr. Zhu and was told that for my chronic insomnia, I needed a "home" sleep apnea test. I reluctantly agreed, because I know I don't have sleep apnea, but she insisted on this test before she would discuss any other possibility. I was NOT told this test cost $1300! The test was of course "inconclusive" (I don't have apnea) and now they say I need the "real" sleep apnea test. No one has told me what that would cost, either. I am not doing it. We are fortunate to have a neurologist doing sleep studies in rural Missouri! The doctor is on screen, and so was I, but I was in their office, so I'd rather stay home to do an appointment. It would have been easier to take notes at home. Unfortunately, I missed or lost some details and cannot get set up with a sleep study yet so I'm hoping I don't have to do another appointment.
