25th July between 6pm - 6:30pm Worst, uncomfortable and disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. I walked into the shop with track pants on and a hoodie as a woman not only because I’m cold but for my safety. IMMEDIATELY. Don’t go here if you have a red face, explained to the staff member I had been in the sun. She then asked if I had been drinking, to which I replied, I’ve had 2 before I come to get some more. She refused service and told me I have had enough for the night. I will NEVER EVER shop at Coles or LiquorLand EVER AGAIN. I am, or was, a regular at the Ingleburn store, however, not anymore. Poor rude service
Mr. John who works the evening shift doesn't know that RSAT certificate is for alcohol delivery and RSA and gaming certificate is for serving alcohol. Previously when he refused to accept the RSAT certificate his manager informed him that it is acceptable but still today again he was not willing to understand. I tried to explain to him that these two are different and Uber or door dash will not assign alcohol deliveries without a required certificate.
