Really dissatisfied with the services I receive from the staff at this doctor's office and Nobody returns calls.
I had Dr Song as a doctor for many years. And at her request I switched to a new doctor on her staff and this was the biggest mistake. Having issues getting my medication which I never had before. This doctor doesn't return calls and I have been without my medication for over 6 months. I am at a point where I will have to get my attorney involved and file a complaint with the medical board at Griffin Hospital.
This office is excellent in my opinion, kind compassionate understanding and very very professional
Dr. Song, has been an angel to me. I highly recommend her. Changes take time. She sets the ship on course and uses her intellect to set the sails. I wouldn't be here right now writing this review. Dr. spivak & Dr. Mathias too. Griffin Health has saved my life. I have been to that ER more than most and always managed to patch me up. Griffin Health is the best in CT. Period.
