I acquired the roof refinish kit to refresh my RV roof. I am a DIY'er and whilst checked the can instructions and You Tube site, made a fatal error on applying the primer (which is like glue! NEVER WALK ON THE PRIMER!!!!). After contacting Liquid Rubber and being referred to Tim, he walked me through the 'redo' and altimately to a success end. I now have a beautiful refreshed RV roof. Old driveway was in need of some tlc I ordered 3 pails from Amazon to see the coverage area- I ended up needing 7 pails Had trouble with the colour being a faded gray and should have been black. Contacted Liquid Rubber and with their support figured out that it was old stock from Amazon I mixed each bucket thoroughly with a drill but after applying it was two tone as the first pictures I was send new stock at no cost and it now looks GREAT, momma is so happy lol Definitely cheaper than a new driveway Just hope it lasts a few... read more
Bought this product on Amazon for $300 and the next day noticed they are having a sale on their website for 33% off. Company refuses to honor the discount on other platforms/reimburse in good faith. They would rather I go through the trouble of returning it and buying again to save $100. I know what products I won't be considering for my future projects.
Update: August 7, 2024 Some hair line cracks have appeared in the coating :( They are long and I see more. Looks like I have to paint over them with the left over liquid rubber I have in the can which tells me I will have to maintain this coating. Just finished putting the final coat on the plywood deck. It is lovely. We got the light tan colour and it dried lighter than I thought and it looks like the colour of beach sand. I ordered their product from Amazon which is the 4 gallon mulch glue for $199. The item offers next day shipping. After 7 days I still haven't received the product. The status after 4 days said a problem occured, now on day 7 it says undeliverable. I got no explanation, no refund, no product. Amazon says check back for updates. If you look at the item on Amazon is still lists as available with next day shipping!
