worst company I’ve ever dealt with. the incompetency is astounding
They do an awful job emptying our grease traps and leave horrible amounts of grease left. I spoke with the managers Lori Ainsworth and the branch manager. Both saying I would need to pay for another service to have it clean. I am done with this company and their terrible service.
I contacted this company several times, trying to push back again and again, trying to confirm an accurate time with them, but there was always no one to deal with this matter. It sucks, it’s too bad. If you don’t have enough employees, I can tell you. It sucks for the client to find another company to handle the business instead of wasting your client's time all the time!
Good prices for emptying our grease traps but they never come when you schedule them. Gotta keep calling to get them to empty the tanks. But their prices beat a lot of overpriced companies.
