This business is outstanding and the owner is very knowledgeable and does everything from scheduling to billing thoroughly and efficiently. Ed is a great businessman and is most respectful of every detail of the work he provides for lawn care.
BEWARE!!!!! Rude receptionist. My frustrations are the way clients are treated by the receptionist. She always rudely answers the phone. She must not like her job or the owner just flat out doesn't care because this is NO customer service. I suggest those who are reading this to find another company as Liqui Lawn flat out doesn't care about their clients. This is not a way to run a business.
All three of the negative post on here were ALL on speaker phone. Owner, and office staff listened to them. As an employer, we do NOT want our employees to have to deal with customers that YELL and Curse ,PERIOD. So if you think she is rude, maybe changing the way you start a conversation would help you out. Thank you.
