5 trucks left they came and back to doors after me I am still waiting there is no appointment honored, absolutely a trash place to deliver load asked them why they getting unloaded faster leaving I am still here waiting just ignoring you
Do Not come earlier than 4 am. I have 4 am appointment and reached there by 3 am after go through all the review. The lady at shack sent me back and other two more trucks in line and told to come back at 4 am. Crazy… where should driver go for 30 minute. Sad..
My experience was great. I had a 4am apt. From what I can tell you just pull into any available door. Go check in with office and let them know what door your in. It took them about close to a hr to finish. When done someone came out with pod and I left
They really have to do better the quicker they unload us. The more space they could have for other trucks that might have to park. Once they put you in a door they should start unloading immediately I have another stop to get to.
