Out of state client here. I was being investigated by regulators in the state of Indiana for doing nothing wrong, but had to prove it to get them to stop. I retained Arie Lipinski to represent me and he got them to close the investigation with no charges, penalties, or further action (ie he proved I did nothing wrong so they agreed to leave me alone).
