THE BEST. Great staff under the leadership of the ever capable and honorable Dr.Liott.
I am in town on vacation from out of state. I see a chiropractor regularly at home, but got out of adjustment while here and started having sciatic pain and pain in my upper shoulder. Dr. Liott and staff were super sweet and helpful. I received immediate relief and Dr. Liott took time to give me a really great adjustment along with some tips for helping my posture. Thank you for making my stay more enjoyable.
As a healthcare provider myself I have very high expectations for the care I receive. At Liott Back and Neck Care Center they have gone above my expectations. I liked Dr Liott and his staff very much, I think he helped me with my back issues. Imagine my surprise when my last three visits were denied by Medicare. I spoke to the billing person she said because the treatments were for maintenance Medicare doesn’t cover this. She said I should have been advised of this, I wasn’t. I would have liked to be given a choice.Now I have to pay the full balance for three visits.
3 years ago I woke up one day and was almost crippled. Dr. Liott had me walking without pain after treatments ! I go back regularly to stay adjusted as I am getting older ! He is AWESOME and I would recommend him anytime to anyone !
