Very problem focused. Broke down Medical needs into specific categories identifying those that he will address and those left to the PCP of my mother.
I am very pleased with Dr Shamai and his staff. He has gotten my Afib under control. He listens to my concerns and takes care of them
Everyone from the receptionist at the front desk to the medical assistants to the nurses to the doctor were all very professional and concerned about my welfare. I felt that they wanted the best for me.
