I’ve been living at Lions Gate North in Redmond for three years, and I’m very happy with the management here. Any time something breaks, the repair and maintenance team responds very quickly — the request and the actual fix are always fast and efficient. I also want to highlight Austin, the manager. He has helped me with so many things and has always been friendly, patient, and professional. I really appreciate him. Very unprofessional ! I scheduled a tour and upon my arrival - the staff said there are no apartments! I was getting automated appointment reminders also . If this is how potential residents are treated I think I have an understanding of the situation of residents . Incase you have appointments with these apartments , I recommend calling them to verify !
