Great place to live
Extremely expensive and security is unacceptable. My bicycle was stolen (cable cut) and management then informed me that the area (the gates and the bike rack) had no camera coverage; additionally, nothing was found following their review. No further assistance was provided as they were clear that any theft on-premises was not the building's responsibility. Consider other options as this community is "gated" in theory and price, but not in practice.
Love living here. Has the quiet and cozy aspect of a suburb but is right in the heart of downtown Redmond so very convenient. I feel very safe here and the staff are so friendly.
