Greg, who came to diagnose our issue the same day, was kind, professional and knowledgeable, and showed us exactly what caused our issue. We chose Lions because of their reputation for quality work and they lived up to it. We had some concerns after our heat pump was installed, mainly about placement with young kids and an active backyard. Once I got in touch with the right person, my concerns were taken seriously immediately and everything was resolved within 24 hours. As a parent, that kind of follow-through means everything. I needed repair of my central air conditioner. The technician, Greg, did the repairs needed to ensure my system was up and running on the hottest day of the season. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very transparent with what parts were damaged and needed replacing to fix the problem. He was respectful of my home leaving no mess behind. The cost of the job was fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend using this company for any services they offer!
