Catherine , Mike and Tristen worked hard to get me a quality carrier, AC and furnace. I got a lot of estimates and they worked the best with me as real professionals. Nothing was too much to ask for them and always got right back to me. Greg, Scott and Mo did a fantastic job installing the unit! We are extremely happy with the service provided by Lions. My daughter's 20+ year old HVAC system was failing and within 24 hours, Lions was installing a new gas furnace and new electric central AC. We had three companies visit the house and provide quotes. With the house hovering around 50 degrees with outside temps in the 30's, replacement was urgent. Excellent customer service! I have a home warranty on my furnace. We were not able to access this contract for five days ( NO heat) I called Lions and they were here within hours. Cannot say enough about their professionalism or the quality of their work. Sometimes you get what you pay for! Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future
