Would definitely recommend Lions. Heater stopped working on a Sunday and was fixed the next day. Had to have gas valve replaced. Pricing seemed fair. Jake was nice, diagnosed the problem quickly and got us back up and running in no time. So if you are like me and are wondering who to call, I would definitely call Lions.
I’m very happy that I found Lions heating and air. They helped diagnose some equipment issues and recommend a new system that has reduced my energy bills significantly. If I call for service or questions they respond right away. A huge shoutout to Jake. He’s the best service technician I’ve ever dealt with. Super nice, takes time to explain potential issues, works through them and lets me know what to expect.
Tristan and his team answered the call and got me out of a huge jam when no one else would! Tristan came out on a Friday night after normal business hours to help me when another HVAC company screwed up my oil furnace and left me without heat in 20 degrees weather. Tristan was extremely responsive, prompt and communicated in excellent fashion! Our experience with Lions was top notch. We needed to replace our 37 year old boiler. Our salesman Tom, matched a previous offer, plus financing is 0% for 60 months. The installers were courteous, quiet, thorough, and explained everything well. The place was left as they found it, maybe cleaner. I’d highly recommend them.
Horrible. They have been back several times to repair the heater. It took weeks to get parts to repair which isn’t their fault but when they came back the part was out in but defective. They were called to come back and had to turn off all heat and hot water and have had nothing. They charged every single time and no one there is willing to help.
