I was told to come on a Tuesday night they have basic kickboxing classes I'm 44 years old for exercise ONLY not competing and I showed up and they looked at me like I wanted to compete with them or something in a Real Fight energy the opposite of what I was looking for positive energy people working together getting better and not trying to hurt anyone. My honest opinion is this is the best mma gym in Northeast Philly very friendly atmosphere and coaches are great with tons of knowledge in mma
I don't recommend it to anyone, the trainer is very bad and the rest are not for children but bad for older people
