Love this place! Great environment, Great atmosphere. Great instruction!
TJ and Max are the real deal! I trained with them at the Lions Den over an 8-week period. It was just what I needed to kickstart my diet and fitness routine. I'll definitely be back for more!
I highly recommend The Lions Den and the guys who run it TJ and Max. There are many reasons to join the Den Some of the reasons might be to lose weight, gain muscle ,gain confidence, nutrition , camaraderie, gun training, jujitsu and much much more.
