rent is cheap which is nice but it's bug infested. floors are terrible with cracks that are letting roaches and bugs all in. they don't maintain the apartment like they should. there's been mice in the apartment I live in as well. all in all, terrible place to live at. allows people to smoke weed and cigarettes in the apartment building, don't do anything about the noise complaints. I'm not happy

All staff are courteous and friendly. Maintenance does a great job.
Been here almost two years no problems and Kurt is the best.
