The management is substandard ,the maintenance guy goes in people's apartments all hours of the night I don't recommend to anybody .

THIS HUD (EQUAL OPPORTUNITY HOUSING) BUILDING DOES NOT ALLOW BLACK RESIDENTS, BUT THERE ARE 100 CHINESE RESIDENTS.I USEDTO LIVE HERE BUT I WAS EVICTED AND MADE HOMELESS BECAUSE I OBJECTED TO THE RACIAL IMBALANCE. THE REASON IT PERSISTS IS BECAUSE THE CHINESE RESIDENTS PAY A BRIBE TO HUD TO KEEP THE BLACKS OUT -AND THEY DO! I CONTACTED THE POLICE BUT THEY DID NOT CARE.
