My husband and I were notified in a very cold email that they will no longer be treating us because they are abandoning our state for financial reasons. What a disgusting company, also the program was mediocre at best. Stay away!

The admissions counsellor flat out lied to me about the costs of the program. They set up a payment plan, and eight weeks into my program the office called and demanded a few thousand dollars more to continue. I was absolutely shocked - they don't care at all about your recovery, only about your wallet. Had it not been for that, I would have continued - except I would always have been worried about them demanding more and more money.

I was charged for three weeks of support while I searched for insurance. They did refund my costs - after three weeks- but when it became clear that it was not an easy situation for me to financially support , the team became more evasive and generally the tone went from super friendly what can we do for you to condescension: I spent many hours on phone trying to navigate insurance for this service. Did my best to be a part of this program once it was clear I could not easily afford this program it became more and more difficult to receive help. I spent 20 hours researching how to accesss this program via insurance but received two hours of on the phone help to make it work.
