Lionez was the perfect Realtor. 1. He knows the city and history behind the neighborhoods which was very impressive. 2. During our looking process he taught my wife and I so many gems on what to look for and broke the purchase process down so that we could understand. Lionez was so patient and thorough during this process. He was able to answer any questions my husband and I had and made sure we making the right decisions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home.
I met Mr. Kimber as he was the listing agent for a rental property I was inquiring about. The visit went well and Lionez offered to send a few more properties. It was difficult finding the right place for myself during the winter but nonetheless, Lionez kept finding new places for me to check out. Throughout the process, Lionez is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We were looking for a place for over two months and he was patient in helping me out. I would go to Lionez again if looking for a rental or to buy.
