Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? They were average Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectf... read more
