** Review is for Diego in maintenance, not Lion Rock in general** I have rented from Lion Rock for a year and a half and had lots of issues with management responding to maintenance requests in the past. Usually when I call the office, they say they will "send a request" but nothing gets done. I've learned you need to be a bit more persistent in order to get a response. This is just for my apartment's Community Manager, Kaye's dedication and does not necessarily represent my experience as a tenant at a particular property they manage in Anoka, as I don't think they have control over everything. I can see she's doing her best.
If you're thinking about renting from any of their properties, stop look at the reviews, this place is got to be the worst place in the world to rent from or to work for they don't fix anything they put down that the maintenance request was canceled or it's been finished and they never show up they keep your deposit they don't pay you for the work that you've done they don't acknowledge any kind of accounting issues they're never wrong their money hungry scavengers who will literally come in your apartment and take pictures ... read more
