This is a fraudulent business. They took money without a valid ticket from at least three families we know of, both long time customers. In our case, they booked and then voided the ticket to keep the money. We only found out by calling the airline near the travel date that there was no booking. They avoided our calls and if they answer, gave shady answers. They will get your family stranded, not to mention out of thousands of $. Both Fitsum and Yemane are the same. Shouldn't be allowed to keep their license.
We have a very bad experience with Lion of Judah travel agency. Fraudulent organization. Fitsum voided my ticket after he collect full payment and didn’t tell us what he did. We found out from Ethiopian airlines when we call them to confirm the ticket. He don’t pickup his phone and never respond. I would not recommend to use this agency.
Fits is always extremely friendly and provides excellent service. Can't beat the prices too! Thanks!
