Very satifisfied with my experience! I bought a 2015 Kia Optima and upon my purchase of the car the salesman notified me that their was a crack in the front bumper. They offered to replace the bumper free of charge and they were very professional and honest during the process. They even offered to give me a rental car and drive to my house to exchange the car with the rental (I live an hour and a half away). Both the sales department and service department were very professional and friendly.
