Absolutely amazing IPAA, killer service, Hotties behind the bar. Everyone wins
Such a great atmosphere no matter what time of day. Kid friendly. Excellent beer for any taste. The employees know a lot about the beer. Must try the Reuben fritters. One of our favs!
First visit on the afternoon of April 25th was awesome, we loved it. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Manager stopped over and chatted..we were excited to come back. Our 2nd visit on may 9th around 8 pm was extremely disappointing. We met some other friends who had just finished eating. They had a few mishaps with the wrong food etc. When my husband and I joined, waitress didn't even look at us, didn't ask us if we wanted anything. .she treated us like that all night. We wanted to take our daughter and son-in-law, visiting from the east coast, to Lions Head because they enjoyed craft beer and we knew you had good beer because we have been there a few times before. We were ignored when we arrived. The sign said to seat yourself which we did. For more than 15 minutes we waited. Finally my husband was able to flag someone down. Hi Diane. We are sorry this visit was not a pleasant one for you. We do need a sign for trivia and will have one in the future so everyone knows those tables are reserved. It is becoming more and more common that all seats are full at Lion Bridge. I guess it's a good problem to have, but we do need to make sure we communicate well with customers so as to avoid experiences like the one you had with your family.
