Response to Jennifer Jennifer, I'm a lady and I have been to Lion Automotive on a couple of occasions. I have yet to experience what you've experienced. A CV boot sounds odd? From what I've experienced and knowing very little about vehicles myself, a CV boot would not be on Lion Auto's top priority list. Lion Auto uses several electrical diagnostic machines to test vehicles FIRST before anything is done. In response to "If you're a woman - 12/28/05) Jennifer W. is incorrect in the statements she made in her review. First off, no work is ever done of vehicles without prior authorization from customers. Old parts are always given to cutomer when they ask for them. On rare occassions a problem is noticed and taken care of. When a customer picks up their vehicle, other problems may become evident when they may not have been to begin with. If you're a woman, boy do they have a bill for YOU! My car was stalling out for no reason, so a random look through the yellow pages led me to Lion's. I went in and they took my car for a couple of hours. They told me the problem was the CV boot needed to be replaced. I honestly knew NOTHING about cars at the time, and agreed. They charged me $200, and never showed me my old part or anything. On the way home, my car stalled out again. I called them and they responded "well, the boot needed to be replaced anyway.
