I came into the service shop with two issues to address: a replacement of the front bumper and a full paint job of the hood of the car I turned in. Despite it being dark at the time, Kirk (Owner/Manager) and his associates were able to give an initial examination of the wear-and-tear, then give me an initial agreed-upon quote (cash payment deducts the tax from your service fee, keep that in mind).
