I bought a used car from this garage. The owner lied to me. This car was in mint condition before he sold it to me, and I have known him for a few months. The engine check light came on after 2 weeks. I went to Kirk several times, and he said to put seaform. I had to scan the car from another garage, and there was a catalytic converter issue. The owner was aware of it before he sold it to me. Never buy a used car from this guy.

I had a disappointing experience at this autobody shop. The initial information provided regarding the cost and services needed for my car did not align with what was ultimately presented. I was also overcharged and misinformed about the total cost of the work required. Additionally, the front desk staff appeared uninformed and unprofessional when it came to addressing the pricing and details. I came into the service shop with two issues to address: a replacement of the front bumper and a full paint job of the hood of the car I turned in. Despite it being dark at the time, Kirk (Owner/Manager) and his associates were able to give an initial examination of the wear-and-tear, then give me an initial agreed-upon quote (cash payment deducts the tax from your service fee, keep that in mind).
