ONE cashier working today while there was a long line of customers who wanted to check out. Very disappointing!

I love to go in here just to look around. It reminds me of the Biltmore Mansion Asheville North Carolina at Christmas! Really an enchanted place with so much to do.
It's a beautiful facility and everything very well maintained and the staff was friendly. The train was very well done - extremely well made and a nice feature for kids. However, we went as a family with young children and everywhere you looked, including the entire route of the train ride, there were extremely ghoulish halloween decorations.
