David built my home in Downtown Sanford, 9th and Palmetto. It has been six years and we are still thrilled with it. He has also built homes for two of my friends and they are very happy.

Never thought it would’ve been possible to add a addition on for my mother. 850 square feet. I think David spent more time at my house overseeing the project than I spent at my own house. 28 inspections and we passed every one of them. Highly recommend with confidence .
I have worked with Linton Enterprises on several custom home projects. They have excellent customer service and very fair and open pricing. Really great custom home builder, highly recommend.
Very friendly staff, he was great but small sizes for the regular price. Both of us had a slightly uneasy stomach later, not sick, but uncomfortable.
