All the good people who were there for years either left or were fired. I went this Saturday not only was I surpised but many others. People were upset as the new girls had one customer say didnt know what she was doing. Her and peter the owner had words we all began to ask peter what happened to the help. He walkwd away. Such a shame I hope they find work and if anyone knows where they went please let me know. I miss sam and susan. Sad day!
I've been going to this place for over 20 years. They're consistent they recognize you. The owner peter always gives away free gifts. They're clean in all the years, i've been going to them, I've never had an issue. They have done wedding nails for us. They have spa services as well as offer very fair prices. I've been going there forever.It feels like home. They are absolutely one of the cleanest salons.. And have the nicest staff, . Love this place
Words cannot describe how bad my experience was here!!! Not only were the services overpriced compared to nearby stores, but my nails looked botched and uneven afterwards. The boss was constantly yelling at the other workers in the background and even hounded me for a tip after my service. I felt like I was being extorted. I KNOW I AM NEVER COMING BACK!!!
I chose this place randomly to get my gel manicure removed. Everything is so expensive I only get them done by gel manicure for special occasions but it's impossible to get it off yourself without seriously damaging your nails. When I walked in and told the women I was just getting it removed and she asked if I want any other services she was very annoyed. She also asked me 3 more times and I flat out politely said it is too expensive. Her demeanor was not happy, She rushed my nails. I did not realize until I was almost home... read more
It’s you like gel polish bulky, bad shape, and someone being rough with you. This is it. You tell the owner this issue and he doesn’t do anything and hounds you for a tip.
