I have used Lino HVAC service many times between 3 homes. They do really good work, but can not be counted on to honor their word regarding follow-up service visits. I have been stood up by them more times than I can count now after being told the would come take care of my subsequent problems. The job remains incomplete. Excellent service . They service all my properties and have gotten to a point where I don’t have to ask how much before they come because I know the price will be fair . I give them an address and get an honest solution to my problem . I’m happy , tenants are happy and therefore I recommend .
