We waited in line for quite a while on NY Eve.(as expected for a busy place during a pandemic) Everyone we encountered was super upbeat and kind. The manager felt badly for our wait (even though we didn’t complain) and gave us a gift certificate for the cost of our meal! Above and beyond customer service!

I would just like to say how impressed I was by my pickup service at Lino's tonight!! the line for pickup orders was wrapped around the building all the way onto the street and the amount of time I got in and out of the line was very acceptable for the amount of people they were serving. she gave me a 20 minute time over the phone when I placed my order and it was ready when I got there. All of our food was amazing and everything was accounted for!! great experience all the way through!! good job everyone!!
was there ladt night and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated outside and was 6 empry tables and was told because they only had one waitress working out side and a party of 12 just arrived not good for buisness....Food was great as always but think need to be more prepared if knowing going have a big group showing up that there is more help scheduled to work
