First I'd like to thank Lino's for being an outstanding business, they messed up an order and made it right. If only all businesses could own up to mistakes instead of treating the customer like the one who has a problem, or don't care if they come back. Now on with the real reason I'm here: we ordered carryout at dinner time instead of early like normal. The drive thru was out to the street but we still got our Pizza Special quickly. Was better with the separate pick up section now it seems to go order'ers are not welcomed.
Absolutely blown away by our experience at Lino’s in Rockford. We’re not even from the area, but after tonight, we’ll gladly make the drive back — this place is worth it. Our waitress, Dejah M, was hands‑down the best server we’ve had in a very long time. Attentive but never intrusive, incredibly kind to the kids, and just overall on top of everything.
