I have literally begged the front staff in tears for help for my dad who is his patient and they refuse. Dad’s fallen over 10 times at home just since February and this doctor and Kaiser do not care to help him, and by extension his family. I don’t know where else to go, they won’t even tell me that much. My family needs help and they refuse. Stay away from this doctor who really does not care about his patients.
Just found emails between my sister and this doctor. My sister listed all her symptoms and was begging for more tests to be ran besides the basic blood tests. 10/14/2020. Those tests were never ordered. After many messages back and forth of her begging for help and to get sent to a specialist there was no urgency to help her and have her come in.
