RecommendedLinnemann Realty was very helpful with the application process! They were very patient and helpful with every step! Every question we had went answered!! The only thing I didn’t like was the hidden fees...the property was advertised as $750 a month, but when we signed the lease the rent was set as $790 a month due to $40 worth of monthly fees...which wasn’t an issue, but I do wish we would’ve been told these things upfront so we could’ve weighed out our options. Over all I recommend Linnemann realty!
