Linnemann Realty was very helpful with the application process! They were very patient and helpful with every step! Every question we had went answered!! The only thing I didn’t like was the hidden fees...the property was advertised as $750 a month, but when we signed the lease the rent was set as $790 a month due to $40 worth of monthly fees...which wasn’t an issue, but I do wish we would’ve been told these things upfront so we could’ve weighed out our options. Over all I recommend Linnemann realty!
Linnemann Realty was very helpful with our application process. When we ran into small problems but they were patient and emailed us daily to make sure all of our questions were answered. Great customer service.
