Have been a member since I was 4 years old my whole family banks here, I even switched my husband over and now our daughter banks here to start her first savings account for her future. They are amazing we have worked with Joann for years and yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Surria and she was wonderful getting our car rate down with our interest rate so low thank you for everything 💕 and making sure we didn’t have to come in for it also worked so much better!
I love the bank and everything about it except when they text me at 4:42 in the morning to tell me I have a statement available, most people have their telephones close to them in case of emergency and I for one don’t like being woke up by some Mandane message that is not important
30-year member. Leaving. Hasn’t met our needs at all. Poor service.
I have been with LACU for around 20 years. I have loved banking there the whole time. This recent upgrade to their system has left me with such a sour feeling about them now. The website is so much slower now and this site has been up for at least 3 weeks and the budgeting is still not working. Ugh, that was my easy version of quicken. And speaking of quicken, I still cannot connect this bank to them. I have stared moving money to a different bank lately. This upgrade has been an epic fail in my book
I've been using this bank since I moved to Marion. amazing perks and staff. the o ly reason anyone would be upset with this bank is because they are irresponsible and the bank holds them accountable. having overdraft fees and late charges are not the banks fault. some peoples children.... wow!
I just wish the call center was easier to get thru , after all this new system now u sit on hold for 10 to 15 minutes waiting
