I was charged an overdraft fee on Saturday and money was moved from savings to checking even though it said my balance no where near overdraft. I called today and they said the check I deposited isn’t actually available yet even though it’s listed as available and no longer pending. They then said I should pay closer attention to my balance even though they agree their system should show it as pending. Terrible customer service I will definitely be switching banks.
Do not close customer accounts when stimulus checks are expected. Horrific service.

for being a small local bank they are the worst with customer service. especially in a tine like what 2020 has thrown at us. they dont want to help and they will charge you for every little thing and then make you go tomourside companies to fix it. I've been with them.for 20+ years and that doesnt matter. they clearly dont care about their people or community. I will definitely be switching banks. Also mind you, I'm not being dramatic. Worst bank ever! Do not bank here. Rip offs!
I used to love this bank and tell all my friends that it's a great bank and they work with you on loans and things however after yesterday, I had a bad experience and will look into moving my business to another bank.
Terrible place. Scam artists.
