Pathetic company that takes their frustration regarding lack of occupancy out on their neighbors. Have been in dispute with Josh for over a year now regarding my land vs. theirs. He is disrespectful towards women and only started to cooperate when I got a professional survey done and had my dad take over. I’ve wasted thousands in time, money, and stress in hopes of seeking privacy. Shameful.
The owner of this company is a Domestic Terrorists who was arrested for assaulting police officers on Jan 6th. He has no respect for law inforcement.
I would not recommend this company's management services. The owner of this company sided with a deadbeat tenant as apposed to the property's owners who wished to evict that tenant, having chosen a new occupant to take possession. The owner of this company by use of violence attempted prevent the governing body of the fore mentioned property from executing transfer. Fortunately, he was finally arrested and facing federal charges, will have to answer for his poor decision making.
