Only problem, wasn't aware we could not use our room for several days. This was not due to the company's work but we weren't told how long it would take the very dirty carpet to dry and necessary retreatment

Thank you for your review. As explained, normally the carpets will dry in about 4-5 hours. This carpet was extremely dirty so the cleaner was applied very slowly which, as informed, we expected it would take about double that time. But, we were unaware of the ventilation problem in the "florida" room. Ventilation is a critical part of the drying process for the carpet; without it, the humidity was not able to escape the room, which as a result did not allow the carpet to dry. This is probably the best our carpets have ever been cleaned.!!! Christian was very helpful, polite and courteous. I would definitely hire them again and I most certainly would recommend them to family and friends.
