I received numerous estimates, and Linkys offered the best price. They are professional, dependable, thorough, hard working, and transformed our tile floors. We recently purchased a 15 yr old home with almost 1500 sq ft of tile flooring, and the tile was filthy and the grout that was once white was black. Our floors now look like new. They offer exceptional work at a very reasonable price 10 stars
