I highly recommend this apartment to my friends The service is pretty good. We have three major snowing this winter (2009-2010, biggest snow in history in one century), the landlord hired worker to clean the driving route within 2 days. That is very impressive. I had problems with the faucet several times. Whenever I called the landlord, they always sent over the workers on the 2nd or 3rd day. Every time you have a complaint, its like pulling teeth to get it done. I am a tenant that has complained about roaches for 3 months and when the exterminator comes in he just looks around and does nothing and the roaches are still coming out of the woodwork.
