My husband & I have been going to links for 24 years, since we moved to the area. They are always friendly, answer all our questions and seem to have the best prices. Great vegetable starts, beautiful annuals and perennials and shrubs & trees. Koi, chickens, cats are around to entertain you. �����������⚘
We drive quite a distance because at Link's we know we'll get excellent (and expert) advice, a good selection, reasonable prices, and Bill stands behind anything he sells. We had a climatis that didn't come up, he supplied another. We had a chestnut tree purchased from Link's that needed pruning, Bill dropped by to personally do it. Can't improve on that customer sevice! Thanks to Link's.
My family has been going to links for 15 years and picking asparagus every year. Today we had absolute terrible customer service by an owner. We asked for bags to go pick asparagus and went on our way. Came back from picking what we wanted and went to pay and were informed we picked it wrong. That they were too short and because of this we were going to be charged double. When nothing was said or posted about the length to pick and as I said this wasn't our first year going and will be our last. Very disappointed.
I have had wonderful luck with everything I purchase at Links Greenhouse. They are all knowledgeable and very friendly.
