You can get any and every part of a beef for hog there since they raise, slaughter and butcher their meat on site. they even have their own smoker for exceptional cured meats and ham..
We have had meat processed three times now here and love it.
Love this little market, best meat and service around
We have taken a lot of cattle and hogs to them for processing. The service is top notch and our customers are always very pleased. Their curing process make awesome bacon and their brats recipe is the best I've ever had.
