Just signed my lease today which makes it three years I've lived out here. The Links have and continues to grow leaps and bounds in quality and upping their classy game. There are new plans to redo the pool and hallway too, which excites me. Once they finish those two projects in the next year these apartments will be some of the best around the Parkville area and beyond. I finally feel safe and have a quality apartment to call home.

Horrible place to live. Nothing ever gets fixed. And months later when they finally get around to it they had halfassed it and then you have to call it in again ......and wait longer. The staff are rude (when they actually show up to work), they are incompetint ....they have applied the rent to the wrong accounts to multiple residents on multiple occasions, they are rude and disrespectful. And charging new residents over 250.00 more per month than what current residents are paying without doing updates. This place is a joke ... read more

This was the most difficult management company to work with - it took 4.5 weeks and 4 phone calls to have a simple cracked toilet seat repaired. Our duplex was in worse shape in one year's time but of course our rent was being raised substantially. They are good at getting outdoor cosmetic things done (and are quick to "remind" you of that) but they don't maintain the inside of the units. In one year links of parkvill is ran by 3 companies and both of them sucked.current management is also so bad. I requested for an work order, and every time I was told I m on the list and sone one will be there. Basically Noone showed up and upon calling at the office, I was told that I never ordered the work order. Different people have different things to say N most of the time it's a bogus promise...still I m waiting on my work order to get done. Can't move cause lease is not over. Here are some things I experienced as a tenant... -The walls are so thin and you can hear almost everything that your neighbor does, including normal-volume conversations. -Rules and policies are not enforced. Neighbors are very loud way past the set times, broken down cars are not removed and take up parking spaces, my neighbor had a dog that was violent and attacked other dogs and people without being any consequence, etc. All of this continued despite calling the office and making formal complaints. -Parking is a free-for... read more

DO NOT MOVE THERE! The place is filthy once you step into the building, the hallway is just unspeakable. There is no reason for the hallways to look so gross! The laundry facility is a joke. You will not get your laundry done there because the machines are broken down ALL the time so then you have to drive half way across town to get it done. Kids run a muck, trashy people everywhere. I would give this place a zero if possible. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Bugs bugs bugs! Everywhere, my roommate and I are very clean tenants, we take care of our apartment very well. However, there are bugs EVERYWHERE. Little roaches or waterbugs I can't tell the difference but it is disgusting. I was home one time when they did a spray and he was in and out in two minutes.
