Lived here for 5 years and finally leaving! This place was a beautiful well kept community when I first moved in, but ever since Greystar came It has been nothing but awful. I don't even know why I signed another lease at this place. The maintenance here sucks and the grounds are definitely not taken care of. There has been NASTY bird poop all over the stair railings. You think they care enough to clean after submitting multiple work orders...NOPE they just get ignored. Maintenance completes work orders without doing any work. This place really does suck! Don't waste your money!!!
There is always some sort of issue going on. My fire alarm going off for 2 WEEKS straight and after so many calls in one day and talking to the front desk they come up late in the afternoon after saying they would come early. The fridge. The washer. The garbage disposal. The trash. The parking stop that I PAY FOR. No matter how many work orders or calls or talking to the new management (changes so often I never know who I’m talking to) my fridge is still waiting for a part to be fixed for me to have ice, my garbage disposal ... read more
Been here for 5 years and sadly watched this place go to crap when GreyStar got here. Pool is never open, maintenance is a bunch of kids, new manager every couple months. For such a beautiful neighborhood they ran this place to the ground. The complex looks run down.
Maintenance is absolutely ridiculous every single time I have to get something done I have to call the office waiting a good 2 to 3 weeks in between calling the office and nothing gets done definitely will not recommend this place if you want somewhere to live that is reliable
