I am not sure what happened to the last couple of reviews that mentioned just noisy these apartments are, they must have magically disappeared,so I will reiterate. The walls, floors and ceilings must be made of cardboard and duct tape. As someone mentioned a week or so ago, you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, from thier conversations, every step the take, you hear thier music, television and lord forbid they have huge dogs! Mostly everything is good. The neighborhood is great, which was the biggest draw for us. But, we have had quite a few issues with other things, mainly maintenance. We have had multiple small issues. Some were completely ignored while others took weeks (not hyperbolizing) to fix. We only got our biggest issue fixed after complaining, in person, to management multiple times.

I can’t wait to move out of here. This has been the worst decision I’ve ever made. Dogs are constantly off leash, there’s dog poop everywhere, the trash bins are always full and smell so bad, I’ve had lost mail, and the apartment walls are so thin you can hear literally everything your neighbors do. The sprinklers will spray you as you're coming in and out of the building, and to top it all off, they towed my car due to poor communication about construction and now they’re charging me $210 for it. I began with some issues, as everyone does when they move in. However, the staff has been helpful in getting those issues addressed, and you can see they are really focusing on making changes for the better. The location is lovely and the community is very friendly.
