EDIT: Well, waited a full two weeks to get my money back in check form in the mail, just to take it to the issuing bank and be told the check's bad. So, not only did I have to wait weeks to get my money back, but when it finally came, it wasn't even a good check. Called the office immediately and was told by a girl who said it was her third day that she couldn't help me but that this wasn'tthe first time she had heard this. Understand that if you apply here and are denied, the $200 they require with the application does not go back on the original payment method, it gets mailed to you in a paper check form. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 7-10 business days to get that back. The leasing office also needs to do a better job at explaining that. I would not have applied here had I known that. Really hoping my $200 doesnt get lost in the mail, prolonging the return even more.

Tia has been so kind, friendly, and helpful as we are wrapping up our time living at this complex. She’s gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are met and we’ve been very pleased with our experience with her, she’s been awesome!
