Caleb Cobb was a great! He took the time to answer all our questions and gave us a detailed tour. We are so excited to be moving in!
This property was wonderful when moving in summer 2023 and rent was a good value. Be weary of the promotions they lure you in and increase rent by +10% the second year. Management turned over 3-4 times in my 2 years living there and it shows. I moved out in june 2025 and have yet to receive my security deposit almost 7 months later. They always claim to be looking into it but never follow up its sad. Do better links at legacy ridge.
Darwin came to replace a burnt out outlet in my apartment and did a great job. Super fast and friendly. Thank you!
From the first day we moved in everything has been clean and peaceful. I really enjoyed how helpful the office staff has been before, during and after our move in. Everything in the apartment was perfect when we moved in and it feels like a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Looking forward to a long stay at Links!
So far I really like my new apartment. Everything works and there were no complaints moving in. I like that the neighborhood is quite and everyone seems respectful of each others spaces.
