I have lived at this complex for 2 years. In the last month, since there has been a change in staff, they have been extremely dismissive when it came to my concerns about my maintenance request. The two young ladies that now sit at the desk when you walk in are very dismissive and hard to have any sort of conversation with. I use to be able to go in there and the two previous ladies, knew my name, asked how my fur baby was, etc. The environment in there is not welcoming at all, almost like I am a bother. I've lived at this property for over 10 years Willie the new Maintenance Supervisor has got things organized over here no more waiting 2 plus weeks to get work orders completed. He also gives updates on when things will be completed. The new property manager is also got this property going in the right direction great job. The communication at this place has gotten so much better I'm so glad.

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding the trash valet service at the community and to request a review of the charges associated with this service. On May 25, residents were notified that trash valet service would not be provided due to the holiday. However, Sunday is typically a scheduled trash pickup day, and I placed my trash outside my door at the required time in accordance with community guidelines.
