Roach infested (put in a request & let the office know) Pools have been closed all summer (no explanation why) AC is broken. Fixed twice yet still broken. Constant leaking causing small flooding when we aren’t home to empty the bucket. Did not caulk open cracks & crevices within my apartment. Nor did they remove the fake soil/wood chips from by my windows & door which is leading to outside worms coming into my house and THAT IS AN ISSUE. I HAVE A BABY & I DO NOT NEED OUTSIDE BUGS COMING INTO MY HOUSE.
I put in a maintenance request for my stove that had a crack in it I didn't get any update in 4 days since I put the request in. The next Monday I emailed Anita the property manager at around 3pm and she responded within and hour that she would get me an update and she apologized that she didn't have an update Monday night because the maintenance staff had went home for the day.
