Terrible complex and management. Your money is better spent elsewhere. They tried making me pay rent on a unit that wasn’t even finished. I came to get the keys and walk through the unit the day my lease was supposed to start and they were still painting the walls and fixing things so I couldn’t even move in. Luckily I was able to postpone my move in date. They force you to pay for valet trash that is so inconsistent that I can say for certain I’ve taken out my own trash 75% of the time. These maintenance men have coated my living room in the liquid contents of their shop vac. My furniture, my clothes and person, my personal items, the floors and walls, and my 2 year old. Even getting the putrid water into my son’s eyes and mouth, causing burns and painful aches that lasted days after. They have also left a vape on my kitchen floor where my toddler children could easily access it, and left my home for SEVERAL minutes without saying anything about the item once they returned. We have been here a few months now and it's okay..the maintenance team is very slow and won't fix things. I have put in requests to fix things in the apartment and nothing... the grill area is always nasty you can't even use the sink over there. And the pool is always nasty.
