Alyssa was amazing! I wasn’t sure what I was looking for when I came in for a tour but after hearing all the amazing things this home has to offer and the polite staff I know this will be it. I highly recommend any first time renters to come and speak with Alyssa and she will find your perfect fit.
UPDATE: The mold issue has been addressed & resolved and, we are finally happy in our home. Although, it did take multiple weeks for a resolution and the lack of communication was a hassle, we are thankful that the problem has been resolved. The new leasing manager seems as though she may actually care for this place and I hope it stays that way. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! Do not come here!!! If I could write about every issue we’ve had since moving here, it would take someone days to read it. Just to start, AC wasn’t working when we first moved in, toilet was leaking on the floor, door was peeling and looked camouflage and we had to repaint it ourselves, mold in the bathtub that we had to address and recaulk ourselves, and now MOLD in our home that has YET to be addressed to the point we have to get a lawyer and an unknown substance coming out of our walls.
