My time living here was nothing short of awful. We were delayed on our move in day by several hours due to the cleaners not being scheduled properly. The apartment we moved into smelled heavily of cigarette smoke (still does by the way), we had a roof leak that took 2 weeks to even get looked at by maintenance (there is also no way to keep track of your own work orders as well and they will not keep you updated at all), our dryer that was included with the apartment wasn't even connected to the dryer vent which took us month... read more
I’ve lived here at the links of Georgetown for a little over a year now and I must say I’m very upset with how poorly the maintenance team is here. I’ve called multiple times and usually nobody even picks up the phone, and when they do, they say they will come the next day and still don’t show. When maintenance finally does show up, none of my issues get resolved, they call it fixed and rush out . I wouldn’t recommend living here. Nice size 1 bedroom apartments
Roach infested (put in a request & let the office know) Pools have been closed all summer (no explanation why) AC is broken. Fixed twice yet still broken. Constant leaking causing small flooding when we aren’t home to empty the bucket. (When maintenance came to fix this ac they left all of our lights on) Mold in bathrooms (maintenance came to take the old caulk off & put new caulk on it.
