If I could rate a ZERO, I WOULD! There is an office full of people and they don’t answer. The application process is the worst I’ve ever seen! And the communication is terrible.
I want to give a shout to Malinda.. for being a great help in assisting us on getting all the appliances that were destroyed by a fire recently , at first the process seem to come to a standstill ..but Malinda and Barbie assisted us through the process immediately… I’m so grateful for them ..they keep us informed every step of the way …the appliances came in as they promised and they even reached out to us to make sure that everything was installed properly shout out to the maintenance crew. I want to say I’m very thankful for Ms Barbie, keela, and Alyssa, there are very supportive and I just feel if, anyone needs help, they are very Welcoming.
The sink is still backing up. This isn’t the first time having this issue. The dishwasher is also backing up and I don’t use it. The maintenance team just vacuumed whatever is causing the back up out of the disposal when in fact there is a plumbing issue somewhere. Comparing my rent in my last apartment, I moved here to save money but I end up spending more money. The amenities aren’t able to be enjoyed so I’m just throwing money out of the window at this point. The communication sucks and there is never any follow up.
