Worst apartment I ever lived my entire stay in this country,roaches everywhere and I have a new born baby.you can imagine roaches getting in to my daughter’s crib,I can’t even leave her feeding bottles in the kitchen .The apartment has refuse to do anything about it despite our complain.They don’t care.roaches are all over my dresser and in the bathroom too.mu sister came to visit us from Maryland and couldn’t sleep at night she had to book a hotel.what a shame.i feel so frustrated.
I have already listed a book full if complaints on here. Just wanted to add how I submitted a maintenance ticket to have my a.c looked at only to have it cancelled because my roommate said the a.c was working fine. Question is... what roommate!!!??
I was charged a hundred dollar late fee for being 44 minutes late after paying my rent. The leasing office AND corporate completely backs these policies and told me that the office closes at 5:30 and because I paid my rent at 6:14 I owe them $100! When I requested the charge to be forgiven seeing as I was only 44 minutes late for a timestamped deadline I was unaware about (only being notified of the 5th as deadline). The response I received back was "back in 2016 you had a late payment so we cannot forgive this one". Mind yo... read more
