After a shaky interaction with a third party AI group, the owner of Linked Property, Jesse, called me directly to apologize and take ownership of the chatbot’s mistakes. Jesse made it clear that this third party was fired and no longer in use at Linked Property. I very much appreciate his transparency about the communication errors and look forward to renting from Linked Property Group!
