Used them for over 10 years and each trip was reliable. Took me from the house to the airport with no issues and would add in a buffer on travel time to factor in traffic. Would recommend to anyone who wants a more affordable option than taxi or Uber
Just got back from my trip and used Link Union Transportation. The pick up and drop off experience was not smooth at all. The company is by no means organized and they did not provide me driver details for the pick up to the airport. I had to call and figure out the process. They also charged me more than the quoted price for the drop off from the airport.
