We have had such a wonderful experience with this practice! We came to this practice because of the positive reviews and because they accepted our insurance. While the speech pathologists we interacted with were kind and helpful with our son, the overall administrative and customer service experience was frustrating. The insurance and payment process felt more complicated than expected, and communication regarding our treatment plan required multiple follow-ups on our end. Amberly is amazing! The office is welcoming, clean and everyone has been very friendly.
We have had such a great experience with Abbie as our 2-year-old’s speech therapist. We’ve been seeing her since December 4th, and she has been patient, kind, and amazing with our child. Our toddler truly enjoys going to sessions and looks forward to them each week, which says so much. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better.
